RACHEL YUJEONG SEO - Registered Acupuncturist &
traditional chinese medicine practitioner
Rachel is both a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist.
She is a Dean’s Honours graduate of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner program at Humber College as well as the recipient of the Tzuchi scholarship.
Rachel has extensive experience in skincare techniques, face and body care. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Beauty Arts from Korea; Certificate of Skin & Body massage (an advanced course involving 480 hours, Seoul, Korea, 2010); Diploma of Skin Cosmetics and body care (640 hours, Seoul, Korea, 2002); National License of Beauty Art (Seoul, Korea, 2007).
As an expert in K-beauty, Rachel’s strengths are in treating dermatological concerns, cosmetic and facial rejuvenation. Her other areas of interest include woman’s health, fertility, muscle and joint tension and pain, stress/anxiety, and sleep disorders.
Rachel has additional training in guasha, tuina, moxibustion, and cupping, electro-acupuncture, and will often incorporate these techniques during treatment. As a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, she can also provide herbal formulas.
She pays attention to detail, creativity, and a wide range of relevant skills are what differentiate her. She is attentive to the patient’s true needs, an invaluable trait needed to provide real results upon treatment.
Rachel is registered and in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
