Ingredients:
1 ½ cups brewed green tea
2 generous handfuls of spinach
1 banana
½ cucumber- peeled and chopped
1 cup pineapple
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop Greens First

Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Optional:
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds

Quick Tips:
Peel & freeze the banana for an extra cool and creamy smoothie.

Thanks for the great information. Like a lot of people with hypothyroidism, raw cruciferous vegetables like kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and cauliflower were not the best choice for me. What helped me out was to cook the greens instead. This helps reduce the goitrogens that can disrupt the thyroid if consumed in large quantities.
